Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges All items from GhxstNet Apparel are custom-made to order specifically for you. Because our apparel is produced on demand, we do not hold inventory and cannot offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect color choices, or wrong size selections.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand by the quality of our gear. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error (such as a misprint), we will gladly issue a free replacement or a refund.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of product delivery.

Lost in Transit For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. If the tracking information states an order was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. We cannot cover refunds for items where tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

How to Submit a Claim To report a defective or damaged item, please email us immediately with the following:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear, well-lit photograph of the defect or damaged area.

  3. A photograph of the entire item.
